ONLY one of the following physicians may certify a minor in DE for cannabis:
Pediatric Neurologist
Pediatric Gastroenterologist
Pediatric Oncologist
Pediatric Palliative Care Specialist
Veterans and Children as Patients:
Medical marijuana access for minors requires a parent or guardian to act as a caregiver to help safely administer the medicine.
Pediatric Qualifying Conditions
Intractable epilepsy
A chronic or debilitating disease or medical condition where treatment has failed for at least one of the following symptoms:
Cachexia or wasting syndrome
Intractable nausea
Severe, painful, and persistent muscle spasms
Autism with self-injurious or aggressive behavior
